Processing and Handling Times

• Standard stock items: Orders processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).
• Custom designs: Printed on-demand. Allow 3-5 business days for design review, 3D printing, finishing, and quality inspection before shipping. Total handling: 5-10 business days. We will notify you via email if delays occur.
• Orders placed after 10 AM AEDT or on weekdays process next business day. Tracking emailed post-shipment via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders over $95 AUD (Australia-wide, min. weight limits apply at checkout).
• Under $95: Calculated at checkout based on parcel weight/size (small/lightweight cookie cutters typically $8-12 AUD via Parcel Post).
• Shipping via Australia Post Parcel Post (2-6 business days domestic) or Express (1-3 business days, higher cost). Remote areas (e.g., NT/TAS regional) may add 1-2 days.
• International shipping available to select countries (NZ, USA, UK); rates at checkout, 7-20 business days + customs/duties (customer responsibility).
