Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Designs By EL. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while ensuring your items are packaged carefully to arrive safely.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days.

During busy periods (such as seasonal holidays, sales events, or high order volumes), processing times may increase to up to 5–7 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and NSW public holidays.

If processing takes longer than 3 business days, we will email you to let you know that your order is running a bit slower than usual.

Please note that NSW public holidays may also impact shipping and delivery timeframes, as postal services may be closed or operating with delays.

 

Rush Orders (Priority Dispatch)

If you require your order urgently, we offer a Rush Order option which can be purchased separately.

This service prioritises your order above everyone else's.

Please note:

Rush processing applies to dispatch time only
Delivery speed will still depend on the shipping method selected
Rush orders are processed Monday to Friday only
Weekends and NSW public holidays are excluded

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

 

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

Flat rate: $9.50

Estimated delivery timeframe:
3–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Express Shipping

Flat rate: $14

Estimated delivery timeframe:
1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Express shipping refers to the delivery speed provided by Australia Post and does not change our standard processing time.


Packaging

All cookie cutters and emboss stamps are carefully packed inside a protective box to help prevent bending or damage during transit.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely and ready to use.

 

Shipping Delays

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.

Occasionally delays may occur due to:

High postal volumes
Weather disruptions
Transport delays
Rural or remote delivery locations
Public holidays

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will always assist customers in tracking parcels or lodging investigations with Australia Post if required.

 

Issues With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
