30-Day Return Policy

At Designs By EL, we want you to love what you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, the item must:
  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)
  • Personalized, custom-made  products
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, or e-gift certificates

How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our contact form or email.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a reference number.
  4. Package the item securely and return it to the address provided.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or solution as quickly as possible.
