30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer the following return policy:

Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of the original delivery date (or pick-up date for in-store purchases).

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and unwashed where applicable)
  • Include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories
  • Have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Final sale / clearance items (explicitly marked as such)
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers, etc.)
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, e-gift certificates
  • Opened hygiene, beauty, or health products

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via [email / contact form / chat] or log into your account to start the return.
  2. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or suitable protective packaging).
  4. Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable) or your preferred carrier.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 3–7 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Please allow additional time (up to 10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account/bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Faulty / Incorrect / Damaged Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
