30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you buy from us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer the following return policy:
Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of the original delivery date (or pick-up date for in-store purchases).
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and unwashed where applicable)
- Include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories
- Have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Final sale / clearance items (explicitly marked as such)
- Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
- Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers, etc.)
- Gift cards, digital downloads, e-gift certificates
- Opened hygiene, beauty, or health products
Return Process
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery via [email / contact form / chat] or log into your account to start the return.
- We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or suitable protective packaging).
- Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable) or your preferred carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 3–7 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund Timeframe
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Please allow additional time (up to 10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account/bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Faulty / Incorrect / Damaged Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
