OVERVIEW
This website and its digital products are operated by Designs by EL. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Designs by EL.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our digital products, including cookie cutter designs, stamp files, and related content (“Designs”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. LICENSE

All purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Designs in accordance with these Terms.

Purchase of a Design does not transfer ownership or copyright.

2. PERMITTED USE

You may:

  • Use the Designs to create physical products (e.g. cookies, fondant toppers)

  • Sell physical products made using the Designs

  • Use the Designs for personal and small business purposes

3. PROHIBITED USE

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the digital files in any format

  • Upload the Designs to any marketplace, file-sharing platform, or print-on-demand service

  • Modify and resell the Designs as your own

  • Use the Designs to create and sell cookie cutters, stamps, or similar tools

  • Claim the Designs as your original work

4. COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use is permitted for physical end products only.

Mass production, wholesale use, or large-scale manufacturing may require a separate commercial license. Please contact us for approval.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Designs remain the intellectual property of Designs by EL and are protected by copyright laws.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are provided once files are delivered

7. DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with all machines, software, or devices

  • Specific baking, embossing, or printing results

Results may vary depending on materials, equipment, and user skill level.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designs by EL is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our Designs.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to revoke access to out products if these Terms are violated.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products and Designs constitutes acceptance of those changes.
